manga-heaven usually edits out most of the sfx, except the ones really big and time consuming. simple sfx is a must. other sfx, it really depends on how much you dedicated to the series XD different manga requires different amount of work. some are easy, some are not. that's why we want the new editors to take a test, so we know how well they edit. and according to their ability to edit, we assign them task. =) Editors: Editors take the translation and put it into the scans. They redraw some sound effects and title pages to help make the scanlation look close to a real English work. Editors will be given a few pages (with translation provided, of course) to edit that will consist of a variety of tasks including redrawing. Linkage (uploaded by anoher staff, HaMsTeYr) Cleaners, Typesetters are needed too. that's a different story. XD If you wish to apply, contact s4d or Souldrake. Or e-mail mangatenkai@gmail.com IRC: #manga-heaven@irc.irchighway.net
